Idler Connections should be done as follows:

240v incoming power: A(1-7) B(2-8) C(3-9) 4,5,6 are bolted to each other and not connected to any other wires
480v incoming power: A-1, B-2, C-3, (4-7), (5&8), (6&9).

BE SURE GROUND WIRES ARE ONLY ATTACHED TO GROUND LUGS.
