We had a power surge courtesy Evergy Power that completely destroyed our 60 Hp American 3 Phase converter on Thursday at 4 PM CST I called the west Coast service line after 4:30 about a replacement and they refered me to the WI office for service with cell phone for a customer service person. I called and we determined exactly what was needed to bring us back online and additional isolators to protect us in the future from similar problems. They shipped everything on Friday second day to us and we were up and running by 4PM the following Monday. We have several convertors in our plants but all future replacements will only be American Rotary. Fantastic service could not ask for more or better service from a company. The unit replaced was 15 years old and they had the replacement parts on the self. I wouldn’t buy any other brand and my electrician says the same.
